Allowing FIBA LiveStats in Windows Security Centre

Go into the windows control panel

Select Security

From Windows Firewall select Allow a program through Windows Firewall

From the Exceptions tab click Add program...

Select FIBA LiveStats and click OK

You should then see FIBA LiveStats in the list, as indicated above.
